Identity & access

When you apply as a member to The Graphics Union, we ask for your name, email address, IMDb profile and two references. We use this information so we can verify your eligibility for membership, personalise your account, and send you updates, or other essential information about the running of the union. We’ll never sell your personal info to third parties.

Information from Integrated Sign-On Services.

When linking your Graphics Union account to a third-party social networking service such as Google, the only information the Graphics Union collect is the email address or account ID attached to that social account.

The only use for this information to verify your identity and allow you to log in to your account. We will only ever contact you by the primary contact email address listed when you apply to be a member.

Your Rights With Respect to Your Information
